PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment Terms
•A 15% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
•An additional 15% non-refundable payment is due one week prior to your event.
•Bookings made within one week of the event are non-refundable but can be applied as an in-house credit for a future rental.
If you need to reschedule, we’ve got you! Your payments will be transferred to your new date (subject to availability). For cancellations, your payment becomes an in-house credit you can use anytime down the line.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A Quick Note on Damage Deposits
For our bounce houses, we require a $300security deposit — think of it as a little safety net. This deposit is non-refundable and doesn’t cover full damage costs, but it helps us keep everything in tip-top shape for the next party crew!
If something gets a little too wild and items are damaged, they’ll still need to be returned, and any extra repair or replacement costs will be the renter’s responsibility.
We know accidents happen — just keep it kind to the cloud!
WEAR & TEAR:
A Little Wear, We Don’t Care (Mostly!)
We get it — parties are meant to be fun, and a little wear is totally expected! Light scuffs, tiny marks, or gentle signs of use? No biggie!
But if our rentals come back with major boo-boos — like big stains, rips, or broken pieces — we may need to charge for repairs or replacements.
Let’s party responsibly so the next crew gets to enjoy the magic too!
DIRTY, OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

•Rental fees don’t count toward repairs or replacements — we need our dreamy setups to stay fabulous for future celebrations!

Cloud Rules for Playtime Fun
From your friends at Party On A Cloud SF
We’re here for all the giggles, happy jumps, and ball pit magic — but let’s keep things safe and dreamy with a few gentle rules:
•Kids only! Our Bounce House is made for littles aged 1–12 — grown-ups, cheer from the sidelines!
•No shoes, heels, or sharp stuff inside the play zone (yes, even if your heels are cute!)
•Keep it sweet, not sticky — no food, candy, gum, or drinks in the Bounce House or ball pit
•No face paint, glitter, slime, poppers, or messy stuff — we love sparkle, just not the cleanup!
•No diving into the ball pit (this isn’t the Olympics!) and please keep the balls inside the pit
•Don’t move the magic — all equipment stays right where we set it up
•Watchful eyes, happy vibes — children must be supervised at all times
Let’s keep the play dreamy, safe, and sparkly for everyone!
INSURANCE:
Insurance Reminder
Party On A Cloud SF does not provide insurance coverage for injuries, accidents, or damages related to the use of our rentals. By booking with us, the renter understands that any liability, medical, or personal coverage is their own responsibility.
Let’s Keep Things Running Smoothly – Operation Terms
By booking with Party On A Cloud SF, the renter gives our team permission to access the event space for setup and breakdown during the agreed time window.
•Full payment is due upon delivery — once the equipment is set up, we’re unable to offer refunds.
•For bounce house setups, the renter must provide one dedicated electrical outlet (115 volts, 20 amps) within 50 feet of where the unit will be placed.
•Extension cords are not allowed — this helps keep everything safe and powered properly.
•If the blower stops or loses pressure, please have all kids exit immediately, check the air tubes, and make sure they’re securely fastened to prevent air loss.
•The blower should be the only thing plugged into its outlet — check the circuit breaker if there’s a power issue.
•A $40 service fee will apply for any visit related to electrical problems on-site.
Let’s work together to keep the party safe and stress-free!
Bounce House Safety – The Basics
•We want every bounce to be a safe one! Here’s how to keep things secure and party-ready:
•Our units are happiest on smooth, flat surfaces like grass or pavement — no placing them on rocks, bricks, gravel, or anything sharp or uneven.
•Once a unit is set up by the Party On A Cloud SF team, please don’t move it — it’s locked in and ready to party!
•Our team will handle all anchoring before the fun begins. These anchors are super important for safety, so please don’t remove or adjust them.
•Never try to move or fix the blower — if something seems off, give us a call!
•Bad weather = bounce break. If it’s windy, stormy, or lightning is near, have all kids exit the unit right away. Even anchored, inflatables can tip in strong wind. Wait until the weather clears before resuming play.
•And finally, always follow the safety instructions printed on the unit — they’re there to keep everyone safe and smiling!

Party On A Cloud SF – Rental Safety & Terms
Let’s Keep the Magic Safe – Extra Rules to Play By
• Shoes, sharp stuff, and specs off! Before entering the fun zone, make sure kids remove
shoes, glasses, belts, and anything pointy.
•No bouncing on a sleepy cloud! Never play in or around a bounce house that isn’t fully
inflated.
• Walls aren’t for climbing! That includes the sides, columns, nets, and roof. We know it and its
tempting, but keep little climbers grounded.
• Stick to the limit! Follow the posted rules and number of riders by age group. More isn’t
always merrier (or safer).
•No cord chaos! Please don’t plug and unplug the blower — doing so can cause damage
and a sad, deflated party.
•Grown-ups, stay close! An attentive adult who knows the rules must always be present when kids are using the unit.
•Same-age party crew only! Kids of similar age should play together — it helps keep
everyone safe and smiling.
•No water without permission! Unless you’ve booked a water-friendly inflatable, please
don’t add hoses or splash zones to the fun.
•No wild horseplay. Keep the energy happy, not hectic — roughhousing is a no-go.
•And yes, always read the rules on the unit itself too! They’re posted for a reason!
Let’s Talk Terms – A Few Cloudy Details
•Once we deliver your dreamy setup, we are not able to offer refunds for things like bad
weather, power outages, or unexpected hiccups.
•Absolutely no silly string, foam, confetti, food, or drinks in or around the unit! These
cause damage that’s anything but fun.
•If items like silly string or slime cause permanent damage, the renter will be responsible
for full replacement costs.
•If cleanup is needed but the unit isn’t ruined, a $75 sparkle-saver cleaning fee will be
applied.
•The unit(s) you’re renting are just for you and your event — please don’t lend them, sublease them, or send them off on their own adventure.
• If something happens to the equipment — like theft, fire, or damage — the renter is responsible for the repair or replacement.
The Not-So-Fun But Super Important Part – Liability Waiver
•By booking with Party On A Cloud SF, the renter agrees to the following:
•You (the renter) take full responsibility for the use of the rental equipment during your
event.
•You agree to cover any legal claims, costs, or damages that may arise from injuries,
property damage, or accidents related to the setup, use, or return of the rented
equipment.
•This also includes any accidents or incidents caused by unpredictable events (like
weather, nature, or something totally out of our control).
•You release Party On A Cloud SF from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur while using the rentals, whether it’s from wild weather, equipment misuse, or other unexpected party crashes.
•You also agree to take care of our equipment and keep it safe during your rental period
— and to cover the cost if it gets damaged, stolen, or lost.
We’re Here to Help!
•If you ever have questions during your rental, just give us a shout. We want your party to float on a cloud of happiness — and safety, too!
